Carlos Rosette, CEO & Director
Carlos Rosette., a Baja California native, has a degree in Tourism Administration from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California and is a well recognized tourism promoter. With over 35 years experience in the hotel, rental car, tour and travel industries, he has achieved various executive positions. Mr. Rosette participated in management areas of; Royal Inn Tijuana, Ramada Inn Tijuana, Avis Car Rental Baja California, Fiesta Americana, Grand Hotel Tijuana and Mexico Coach, Five Star Tours of San Diego.

Mr. Rosette has been a key organizer in some of the largest conventions in Tijuana during the 1990’s and headed the marketing and operation logistics for the Pavarotti Concert in 2003 with over 40,000 attendees. He founded “Travel to Baja Tourist Information Center” in San Diego, representing and promoting over 50 hotels and merchants in the Tijuana, Rosarito and Ensenada corridor. This background and experience has provided a wealth of knowledge about all the opportunities that abound in tourism and travel.

Mr. Rosette is a founding member since 1984 and chapter president in 2005 for SKÅL CLUB of Tijuana and Ensenada. SKÅL is an international association of professionals in the field of tourism with over 400 Clubs worldwide that meets monthly with the main purpose of expanding friendships and business through tourism. In 2000, The Urbi Corporation, a leading housing developer in Mexico recruited Mr. Rosette to restructure the business and marketing plan for the already important Festival Plaza Hotel in Rosarito, as its Sales and Marketing Director.

Dr. Lee Johnson
Dr. Lee Johnson is a graduate of the University of Saigon, Vietnam, with graduate degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science. In 1992, Dr. Johnson co-founded Hi-Tek, Inc., a multimedia software development and Internet marketing company. He has considerable expertise in website design, network security, encrypted e-commerce transactions and web-enabled data management software. Dr. Johnson worked with IBM as a Software Design Engineer for about 3 years. He has also taught classes in multimedia design and development. Dr. Johnson is currently working with the Vietnamese government and has positioned Hi-Tek as the country's global marketing agent.

Dr. Lai Nguyen Tuong
Dr. Tuong is the former Vice Chairman of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT). Dr. Tuong worked for VNAT for over 20 years, heading the Hotel Division. Dr. Tuong was responsible for VNAT's policies and legislation for hotel business activities and establishing economic and technical standards in hotel services. He also coordinated with provincial tourism departments and related ministries to ensure the highest quality hotel services within Vietnam.
